David Muñoz (GREEN)

We've been roasting and serving David's coffee for almost a decade now and we finally had the chance to meet in person in the spring of 2024 and let me tell you - David Muñoz is a man of few words. Just one of those enviable people with the remarkable ability to only speak when he has something to say. A real role model for us all. David's farm, Nueva Esperanza, is located near El Cielito, a town in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. He's planted mostly Pacas, but there are small numbers of other shrubs, including Bourbon, Catuai, and others. This lot is all Pacas and it is delightful. This coffee of David's scored very high in a blind cupping while we were visiting this year and it landed in the US tasting possibly even better.
