Before you read any further, you should go ahead and click "Add to Cart'' because this coffee is just that good. This is truly one of our favorite coffees we offer, and even though we spend all year hyping it up, it never fails to wow us on the cupping table. David's farm, Nueva Esperanza, is located near El Cielito, a town in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. He's planted mostly Pacas, but there are small numbers of other shrubs, including Bourbon, Catuai, and others. This is not a coffee we carry much of, so don't miss it. What we find most alluring are the tropical fruit notes, the pear, and the soft, balanced sweetness. With a hint of subtle florality that we get from Honduran coffees, it’s a cup that won’t quit.
