A few years ago our pals at Osito sent us some samples they were excited about, a project in Colombia they had worked tremendously hard to bring to light. Grupo La Muralla, a small group of farmers committed to specialty coffee in the San Agustin area, produced the coffee you're now seeing here, which is a single varietal selection of Pink Bourbon. That particular varietal is having a bit of a moment right now, and not for no good reason: it's really dang good! We were attracted to this offering because of its incredible candy-like sweetness.
