This is our very first time buying coffee from La Soledad and we couldn't be more delighted. The farm is owned by Lucia Zelaya and managed by her husband, Ronny Asensio, and Julio Pablo Damian. They grow bourbon and caturra on 10 ha located between 1600-1800 masl. The coffee is super fruity and sweet, with juicy tropical fruits balanced out with rich brown sugar and soft floral notes.
All of our coffees are roasted to order and shipped as whole beans. We roast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and ship out the following day. Orders are roasted based on demand. Thanks!
