Gishubi (Kayanza, Burundi)
Cherry, White Grape, Jasmine
Coffee from Long Miles' Heza washing station is always a treat. The washing station is located on the edge of the Kibira rainforest in Kayanza, Burundi, and serves over 2100 small farmers from the surrounding hills. The coffee we selected from Heza this year is a honey-processed bourbon lot from Gishubi hill. The coffee sparkled on the cupping table, full of juicy cherry, sweet grape, and delicate florals.
All of our coffees are roasted to order and shipped as whole beans. We roast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and ship out the following day. Orders are roasted based on demand. Thanks!
