San Jacinto! This coffee comes from the magnificently beautiful region of Huehuetenango, in Guatemala. We first fell in love with this coffee on the cupping table in 2017: it was SO sweet, juicy, and jammy that we couldn't believe it. Every year since then the coffee has been just as good, and finally this year we were able to head out to Huehue to meet the producers of San Jacinto for ourselves. In Huehue I was stunned not only by the sweeping vistas from the mountainside drying patios but also by the huge potential of the area for specialty coffee. I think the coffee quality will only improve over time, and I'm so stoked to be a part of the growth. And did I mention how good this coffee is?? Grape jam, super sweet marshmallow, and delicate florals are all help together with a sweet milk chocolate backbone. It's really good!

All of our coffees are roasted to order and shipped as whole beans. We roast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and ship out the following day. Orders are roasted based on demand. Thanks!
