Brazil is not just for blending. It's taken us a little while to get on that train, but after such strong feedback from our single origin Brazil lots last year, we knew we had to bring some stuff back. This is our second year in a row offering coffee from Sitio Senhor Niquinho, though our lot this year is a natural process instead of honey. This mid-size farm in Carmo de Minas primarily grows Yellow Bourbon, but this lot is 100 percent Red Bourbon, and it's incredibly sweet. While it is a natural process, there's no funk to be found. Juicy grape flavors give way to ripe cherries and a pastry-like sweetness.
