The Aricha washing station receives coffee from farmers between 1900-2150 masl in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Approximately 700 small farmers deliver cherry to the station where it is sun-dried on raised beds. The lot that we selected tasted amazing on the cupping table in Addis.
