Roberto Figueroa runs three manzanas of coffee plantations but came from poverty. With the help of his brothers, who worked undocumented in the US and sent money back to Honduras, Roberto got into coffee from vegetable farming. It was rough initially, and after seeing his neighbor’s success with coffee, he decided to switch crops. Growing coffee carries less risk, but creating great coffee is an art Roberto masters on his farms. He produces high-quality coffee, not just fruity but also clean and fresh coffee that delights the palate. This offering embodies the essence of good coffee. We tasted orange, apple, and simple syrup. It’s a clean cup; the flavors are clear, and the fruit is fresh. We are happy to add this offering to our lineup.
